At Horze, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equestrian gear and apparel. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Horze account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack the Equipment
Carefully place the items, including all original tags and protective packaging, into a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
